Engineering Capabilities Product Transfer The Fortron/Source product transfer team is led by a project manager, supported by component, purchasing, and manufacturing engineers. The key to our success is adherence to our product introduction process. To view our product introduction process, click the link below. The goal of our product transfer team is to make product transition seamless to our customers. We accomplish this by tending to the details to ensure that the processes yield error-free quality. Design Capabilities Fortron/Source has design centers in China, located in Harbin and Shanghai, to support our customers' product design needs. To support our customers' individual needs, we set up separate work centers dedicated to a specific customer program or programs. Through this approach, we protect our customers' intellectual property and provide a dedicated team to each program. Customers can either work on a single program basis or contract for the capacity of a project team to support multiple projects.
